In case of an accident we immediately organise a replacement vehicle and onward travel. As no ambulance is available in many regions, we arrange transport for those affected.

Illness
If the driver or you fall ill
- Driver falls ill: We provide a replacement driver so your trip can continue.
- Customer falls ill: The 10% deposit is not refunded. Further solutions are reviewed individually and fairly.

In case of dangerous weather, cyclones, road closures or official travel warnings, we do not accept bookings. The safety of our guests has top priority — this principle always comes first.
